This conference room can seat up to 20 and has projection capability on a large screen. The Koorndyk Room also features wireless or plug-in access for visual and audio outputs for hybrid meetings. This lower-level room is easily accessible via elevators or the historic Gem City Underground stairs.

Located on the second floor overlooking the Dayton Arcade’s Rotunda, the Chapel Room seats up to 10 people and features a custom-built conference table made from a repurposed door from the 19th-century Immaculate Conception Chapel at the University of Dayton. This room offers audio-visual capabilities for presentation.

This entry-level room seats up to 18 people and overlooks the Historic Rotunda. It offers a large screen for presentations and an accessible layout, with flexible seating arrangements to accommodate multiple uses. The room’s location provides natural light and a unique view of the Rotunda, making it ideal for both meetings and small gatherings. This room also includes curtains, creating the opportunity for privacy within its glass walls.
