Event Space Options
The Square + The Kitchen
This second-floor multipurpose room can be configured for seating for up to 50 and includes kitchen access. It is a communal space, and though events are never entirely private, it creates a unique opportunity for Hub Members and students to observe and absorb information.

Main Street 305 and 306
These large classroom spaces are designed for traditional presentation-style meetings. The two rooms can be reserved separately or combined to accommodate up to 50 people seated at communal tables. These rooms are accessible to mobility aids but remain in the classroom setting. Room 305 seats up to 36, and Room 306 seats up to 24.

Upper Deck
Our largest meeting space, this third-floor lecture space seats up to 100 people and overlooks the Historic Rotunda, allowing for beautiful natural light throughout the room. The Upper Deck can be arranged in various layouts, including classroom style, theatre style, or U-shaped. It features a projector and multiple screens.

Amber
The Amber Room is a beautifully designed, versatile space that seats up to 30 people. It offers a mix of high-top tables, traditional chairs, and bench-like couch seating, creating a relaxed yet professional environment. The Jade Room provides a traditional classroom environment, seating up to 28 people. With tables of four and comfortable seating, this elegant space is perfect for training sessions, seminars, or educational events. It also includes a whiteboard wall and presentation capabilities. Sapphire
The Sapphire Room is perfect for board meetings and other groups, where collaboration around a single table fuels innovative thinking. The Dayton Arcade’s Rotunda is a signature part of Dayton’s historic skyline. This destination location offers a circular event space consisting of stunning architecture and gorgeous natural lighting from its glass dome ceiling. This versatile space is available to rent through Culture Works, and has become a prestige location for large events, conferences, ceremonies and celebrations.

Tank
Accessible via the unique “Subway Entrance” from 4th St., The Tank is an open, sunken event space built into the ground, and is perfect for presentations, gatherings, and other events that want a dramatic flair. This space is available for rent through Culture Works, and can be reserved on its own, or with the Rotunda, as a reception space or auxiliary presentation area. The Tank also features its own built-in bar.
